I visited Oakmor Dental Surgery for the first time 2 weeks ago. From the moment I called and spoke to Catherine on reception to book an appointment I felt at ease. Due to unpleasant experiences with a previous dentist I was extremely nervous. Catherine was so lovely and reassuring. I booked in for an emergency appointment the next day. I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Rashim Babla who put me at ease straight away. She explained everything fully to me and nothing felt rushed. She let me know a breakdown of treatment that she recommended I would need. I have returned since and started treatment. Dr. Babla was brilliant and gave me time when I needed it and reassured me throughout the appointment. The dental nurse was also lovely. I had a follow up call the next day from Catherine to see how I was which was so nice. I am now booked in for my 2nd appointment. I really can’t put in to words how caring and supportive Oakmor Dental have been. For the last few years I have been unable to set foot in a dentist surgery due to fear and anxiety. I now feel I can attend my appointments in a much calmer manner knowing I’m in safe hands. The dentist surgery will never be my favourite place, but I feel I can now attend appointments and complete the treatment which I need to have done. Thank you Catherine and Dr.Babla. You have been so kind and reassuring. You really have made a big difference to my dental journey going forward. I highly recommend Oakmor for a kind caring and professional approach xx

I was recently recommended Oakmoor Dental in Braintree, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. At 54, having been to several dentists over the years, I’ve never come across such a thorough, professional, and caring approach. My dentist, Stephen, has taken the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand the issues with my teeth and gums, and created a detailed treatment plan to give me the healthy, confident smile I’ve always wanted. The whole team at Oakmoor are fantastic – the staff are warm and welcoming, and the receptionist is extremely helpful and informative. I feel genuinely grateful to have found this practice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially those who may have had disappointing experiences with other dentists in the past. Oakmoor has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and I’m excited for the results of my treatment plan with Stephen.

Overall was good experience. All staff from receptionist to the dentist were friendly and helpful. The dentist has given a lot information and did the job well and pain-free. The clinic and the cabinet was very clean and hygienic. Would recommend.

The professionalism and attention to detail especially with complicated treatments is exceptional. Nothing is rushed and procedures thoroughly explained. Dentists, Nurses and receptionist are all very knowledgeable, effecient and very pleasant. I drive 30 miles each way to receive such excellent service.
